How Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge arranges service, what you pay for, what we are responsible for, and what remains with the independent Operator.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge (“Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge,” “we,” “us”) operates as a ground transportation concierge. We arrange chauffeured transportation through vetted, independent local operators (“Operators”). Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge is not a transportation provider, common carrier, or taxi/limousine service. All transportation is performed by independent, third-party Operators who are independently owned and operated businesses.
3. Payment and Pricing
All quotes are provided on a per-trip basis and are valid for the duration specified. You pay Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge directly for the concierge arrangement. This payment covers both the concierge service fee and the Operator’s transportation fee. Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, distance, time, and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed before service is rendered. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
4. Service Arrangements
All service arrangements are subject to Operator availability in the requested market. Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge coordinates the assignment of a vetted Operator for each trip. The Operator provides the vehicle, chauffeur, and transportation service. Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge provides the concierge service, including coordination, monitoring, and client communication.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by Operator and service type. Cancellation terms are provided at the time of trip confirmation. Refund eligibility is determined based on the applicable cancellation policy and the timing of the cancellation request. Contact our concierge team for any cancellation or modification requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge arranges transportation through independent Operators and is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or negligence of any Operator or their personnel. Our liability is limited to the concierge service fee portion of the total amount paid. Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any Operator’s services.
7. Independent Operators
Operators in the Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge network are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge. Each Operator is responsible for maintaining their own licenses, insurance, permits, and compliance with local regulations. Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge does not control the manner or means by which Operators perform transportation services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
