1. Website Use
These terms apply to your use of the Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge website, booking forms, quote request forms, and contact forms. They are a baseline agreement for using this site and requesting service. The written quote or confirmation issued for a specific booking, together with the policies linked below, govern that booking.
2. Concierge Role
Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge operates as a ground transportation concierge. We review itinerary details and coordinate requested service through independent, licensed local operators. Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge does not own, operate, or maintain the vehicles used for transportation service, and does not directly employ the chauffeurs who perform it.
3. Bookings, Quotes & Confirmation
For eligible trips, view pricing online and submit your reservation request, subject to availability and our approval. Your card is saved securely and is not charged when you submit the request. If we approve the exact reservation you reviewed, we charge the accepted trip total. Your reservation is confirmed after approval and successful payment; a request acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation. A material change to your itinerary, services, or price requires your acceptance of a revised offer before we charge. Sprinters, buses, coaches, and other services identified as quote only receive a reviewed offer with their applicable payment terms. Existing reservations and outstanding invoices remain governed by the terms accepted for those bookings.
4. Published Policies & Booking-Specific Terms
Our standard cancellation, wait-time, flight-tracking, and child-seat terms are published on this website and apply as the baseline for confirmed bookings: Cancellation & Change Policy, Wait Time Policy, Flight Tracking & Delay Policy, and Child Seat Policy. A written quote or confirmation may set different terms for a specific booking — for example, a large or event booking billed on a deposit schedule. Where a written confirmation and a published policy differ for a given booking, the written confirmation controls that booking.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Approval based requests authorize one charge for the exact accepted base fare only after approval. A revised price or materially changed reservation requires fresh acceptance. An invoice or deposit schedule applies only when stated in your accepted offer. The Payment Terms shown with your agreement explain any separate saved card authorization for documented additional hourly service, wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, customer approved itinerary amendments, and published cancellation or no show fees. That authorization ends when the reservation is financially closed or 30 days after the final service leg, whichever comes first. Damage, cleaning, and other discretionary charges require separate approval. Your reviewed offer identifies included services, taxes, requested extras, and the applicable handling of other trip costs. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations, changes, no-shows, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Change Policy. In summary, a full refund is available when a standard booking is cancelled 48 or more hours before the scheduled pickup; graduated cancellation fees apply closer to pickup; and refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Direct bookings can also be cancelled self-serve from the Manage booking link in the confirmation email.
7. Wait Time & Flight Tracking
Each booking includes a complimentary wait window, and airport transfers include real-time flight tracking. See the Wait Time Policy and Flight Tracking & Delay Policy for the windows that apply and how delays are handled.
8. Independent Operators
Transportation is performed by independent, licensed local operators. Operator availability, vehicle class, pickup plan, and service details can vary by market, date, itinerary, and requested service type, and are confirmed in the written quote or booking confirmation for your trip.
9. Passenger Conduct & Safety
For everyone's safety, the following are prohibited during service: illegal drug use; smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping; threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior; intentional damage to the vehicle; and illegal activity of any kind. Seatbelts must be used where available, passenger count may not exceed vehicle capacity, and passengers must follow the chauffeur's safety instructions. Service may be declined or ended for safety reasons or misconduct, and no refund is provided when service is ended due to passenger misconduct.
10. Luggage & Belongings
Luggage must fit within the capacity of the selected vehicle; oversized items and sports equipment (such as golf clubs, skis, or bicycles) can be accommodated with advance notice. Hazardous materials are prohibited. You are responsible for your belongings; while reasonable efforts are made to return lost items, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
11. Child Seats & Accessibility
Child safety seats can be arranged on request — see the Child Seat Policy. Service animals are always welcome, and accessible vehicles can be arranged on request with advance notice, subject to availability. Please contact the concierge to discuss accessibility requirements.
12. Insurance & Independent Operators
Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge maintains business liability insurance for its concierge operations. Because we do not own, operate, or insure the vehicles, the commercial auto liability coverage for the vehicles and drivers is carried by the independent local operators who perform the transportation. Operators are required to document commercial auto liability at livery levels and the operating authority for their jurisdiction, reviewed on entry and on a continuing basis.
13. Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Artisan Chauffeur & Concierge for any booking is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights, meetings, or events. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including traffic, weather, road or airport closures, and government or security delays.
14. Website Content
Information on this website is provided for general service and planning purposes. Published examples, route notes, rate ranges, and vehicle references are not a guarantee of availability, vehicle assignment, travel time, or pickup procedure. An online trip price applies to the exact reservation reviewed and remains subject to availability and approval. If the itinerary, requested services, or price must materially change, we send a revised offer for your acceptance. The accepted offer and subsequent confirmation identify the agreed service and price for your booking.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated revision date and apply to bookings made after the effective date shown above. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
